Recruitment markets may suffer slow down
A new survey published, the Labour Market Outlook Survey has suggested that fewer employers are expecting to hire new staff over the next month or so.
In fact the figures are about half of that for the same period in 2004. Up until now, recruitment markets appear to have been reasonably recession proof but this may spell leaner times for recruitment markets if these trends represent a broader picture.
In the South East, many sectors are already finding business buoyant due to the 2012 Olympics and after team GB's recent success this can only serve to drum up the hype for next games.
