Recruitment agencies are highly dynamic environments where speed and accuracy of work can make significant differences between success and failure.  As a recruitment administrator you will be tasked with maintaining and building the candidate database as new candidates contact the agency.  You will likely be the first point of contact for any client or candidate contacting the agency.

Another core task will be to coordinate the recruitment process.  This can be a complex affair where mistakes can have people turning out at different venues and different times for the same meeting!  The loss of fees for such an error can be large.

A recruitment administrator role is an excellent intriduction to the recruitment industry and can lead to progression in to other roles, such as a resourcer role.
