Award For Recruitment Agencies

A Cardiff Bay based Recruitment Agencies, who specialise in finding staff for all levels of schooling have become the first recruitment agencies in Wales to be awarded the Quality Mark Wales.

Bay Resourcing were awarded the achievement after fulfilling the criteria, such as ensuring any employment checks are made and adhering to all the necessary procedures.

The agency was also the first teaching agency in the UK to attain the REC’s Audited status, demonstrating the highest standards of recruitment practice.

The award itself was launched in September 2007 by the Welsh Assembly, which is an adapted award from its English counterpart to be relevant to the welsh market.
