Maintaining and developing existing clients to their maximum potential and building client rapport. The role is highly sales focused working in a target orientated environment. You must be able to establish the customer's requirements e.g. job description from which you can identify suitable candidates for current and prospective business. You will be interviewing candidates face to face and ensuring all administrative requirements are satisfied to ensure candidates are paid and customers are invoiced quickly and promptly. Targets 1.Targeted on volume of sales calls and conversion to visits and placements 2.Monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets Experience You must have a minimum of one year's recruitment or cold calling telesales experience or skills gained within a similar industry. We offer full training at our Training Academy based at Head Office. The successful candidates will possess strong sales, communication and time management skills. You must have the drive and the tenacity to succeed and be motivated by goals and results. Attention to detail is essential, even under pressure.
