Who are we?
Circle square consulting was set up as a direct response to the negative and positive experiences of the two partners encountered in previous organisations and a real desire to create a company with all the positive and non of the negatives.
CSC aims to reward very well for hard work. xe2x80xa6. But not to encourage the 8-8 culture/pin stripe suit culture. The dress is casual and the hours flexible with home access possible (for established consultants). We don't micro manage but we do give people the tools to succeed (training, systems etc) and the partners (over 30 years recruitment experience) will give one on one training for people who don't perform.

Remuneration.
Excellent flexible benefits (including good holidays, BUPA and duvet days), average over 1/3 of billings paid as gross salary , share options available
This is a business with an aim to attract the people sick of being told how many calls to make, what areas to work in, what clothes to wear etc. You must be self-motivated, determined and able to manage your own business, if you are you will be given the opportunity to really have an impact on the business and get involved in Marketing, design and any other areas which interest you.
